O% credit card application

Hi - I'm about to apply for a O% credit card to be on my name only (not husbands). I'm sure somewhere in the application it is likely to ask me about any other income. As my husband gives me housekeeping money every month, should I list this as 'extra income'? Or should I omit some of the outgoings to the value that he gives me?
