Sending $ via post to USA

I am buying a video licence from a company in the US. They have sent the invoice and it states that "We accept checks or money orders ONLY, made payable to Company Name". So i have to send the invoice back to them via post along with the money in dollars.

I can not use any alternative payment method. How would i go about getting either a check or money order payable in dollars that i can mail out to them. Can i simply do this with cash at my post office or through my bank? I am with TSB and the amount i have to pay is $59.95. What would be the cheapest option and who do i go to, to get the check/money order.

I'm new here and unsure if this is the correct thread. Thanks whoever can help
