"Entrants will be eligible to win two types of prizes:

1. • A “Weekly Prize” of a Veet Hamper for each of the 9 entrants who are selected as the “Femme Fatale Of The Week” (the “Weekly Winners”); and
   • An “Overall Prize” of a weekend experience in Paris with a chosen friend for four entrants selected as the overall Femme Fatale (the “Overall Winners”). The Overall Prize comprises:
     1. a twin room for 2 nights in a Parisian hotel of the Promoter’s choice, return economy class flights to Paris for you and your guest and three meals a day for you and your guest at a restaurant of the Promoter’s choice;
     2. a professional makeover and photo shoot on either the 5th or 6th July 2014 (the “Professional Shoot”);
     3. A digital copy of the photographs from the Professional Shoot, (to be used by the winner only for their personal use and not for any commercial purpose); and
     4. A trip to view a digital billboard in Paris on a date selected by promoter where the winner’s photograph from the Professional Shoot will be displayed.(the “Prize”)
   The winners may have one friend to accompany them to Paris but their guest will not receive items (ii) and (iii) listed above (although they may accompany the winner to the Professional Shoot).
2. No cash or other alternative to stated prizes. The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
3. One Weekly Winner will be selected each Friday starting from 25th April 2014 to 6th June 2014 (“Selection Day”). Selection will be made from entries submitted the previous week up until 12:00 noon on the Thursday prior to the Selection Day. Entries submitted after this time, will be judged on the next Selection Day. Selection of Weekly Winners will be made from all qualifying submitted entries by a panel of judges (including an independent judge) who will be looking for the Photo Submission which represents a “Femme Fatale”. For the last weekly draw, you must submit your entry by 6th of June 2014, before 12:00 noon.
4. The Weekly Winner(s) will be notified by email according to the contact details supplied within 7 of the relevant Selection Day and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize. The Weekly Winner(s) will have 7 days to redeem their prize in accordance with instructions from the Promoter, and the Promoter will deliver the Hamper to the winner at the postal address provided within 7 days of redemption of the prize.
5. Weekly Winners will remain eligible to win the Overall Prize
6. After the Closing Date, the Promoter will select the overall winner from a shortlist of entrants for the Prize. The most popular Photo Submission from all qualifying submitted entries submitted over the whole Competition entry period will be shortlisted. Popularity of Photo Submissions is determined by the combined total of:
   • shares and re-shares on Facebook,
   • likes on Facebook,
   • shares, re-tweets and favourites on Twitter
   • unique users commenting on each photo, and
   • visits to an image from the shared unique URL.

Any of these actions taken by the entrant themselves will not count towards the popularity of that entrant’s Photo Submission(s).

1. From the shortlisted entrants 4 Overall winners will be selected by a panel of judges (including an independent judge) and a beauty expert who will be looking for the Photo Submission which they think overall best represents a “Femme Fatale”
2. Entrants must ensure that they are able to attend on the specified dates for the Prize. No alternative dates can be chosen by the Overall winner. If the Overall winners are unable to attend the weekend in Paris, the Promoter reserves the right to pick another Overall winner."
