Postage Discounts

All of my ebay listings have 2 postage discounts:
Save up to £0.50 on postage when you buy additional items from xxx!
and
Pay a maximum of £7.50 postage on all eligible items from xxx!
When i do a listing in Turbo Lister, it just puts the 2nd discount in :mad:
Is there any way to make it put both in?
