Swalec Gas Bill problem
Is anyone else having problems trying to get a gas bill sent on time from Swalec?
I am supposed to receive a billevery quarter from them and for the last 4 months nothing has arrived. Both times I have rang and get told that it was a 'system error' and they will sort it. Although they do send one when I ring up and complain.
I have now been told it is an I.T error and they will get the IT department to try and sort it. In the meantime they are still happy to collect monthly Direct Debits off me!
