Recently applied for 2 year fixed rate mortgage with chelsea building society. had tight deadline of 28 days to meet to receive a formal mortgage offer so that i could exchange contracts with the developer of the property i am going to buy. was kept up to date with regular phone calls from Chelsea and they managed to get everything sorted within the time limit.

    Chelsea were superb when we got our mortgage - so good - even wrote to say how efficient they were - never had any issues with them - the insurance was cheaper than elsewhere too!!
