Santander 123

So I have a Santander 123 credit card and they happily took my £24 for the use of the card for the year. When I signed up, I selected the "pay all balance off by DD" and have done so for the first few months. However, I was led to believe that the fee for the first year would be refunded....Does anyone know how long this takes, or indeed whether I have to go into a branch and claim it or something?

What led you to believe the fee would be refunded?

It was part of the deal. Though having searched for that I have come up with

    First year fee refund
    3. No annual 123 Credit Card fee for the first year. To qualify for this refund you must: (i) open or hold a 123 Current Account; and (ii) open or hold a 123 Credit Card (iii) set up a Direct Debit from the 123 Current Account to pay your 123 Credit Card within 30 days of either opening your 123 Current Account or 123 Credit Card (whichever occurs latest). The annual fee charged for the first year will then be refunded to your 123 Credit Card account within 21 days from the later of (i) activating your card and/or (ii) setting up the Direct Debit from your 123 Current Account. Offer valid until 31/12/2014.

Did you meet all the criteria?
open or hold a 123 Current Account
open or hold a 123 Credit Card
set up a Direct Debit from the 123 Current Account to pay your 123 Credit Card within 30 days of either opening your 123 Current Account or 123 Credit Card (whichever occurs latest)

If so, and both the credit card and current account are in the same person's name, then speak to them.

Yes, mainly thought I would ask in case someone else was in the same boat.

    Thanks
