i am considering a small extension 3mX3m ,but it would be built over a sever pipe ,not the inspections chambers .There are 5 inspection chambers between the drive and the back of the house .I want to build between two at the back .These two are not connected to any other house ,not sure about the rest off them .
Is building over a sewer a no no .

Shouldn't be a problem if the pipes are exclusively yours, though depending on depth & ground conditions, the building inspector may ask you to go deeper with foundations, but I doubt it.0

You are building over a private drain, not a public sewer. As above, as long as the foundations are sufficient then there should be no issue. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
