I'm new to this so please bear with me.
I bought a phone in the u s a 2 weeks ago the phone is faulty and will not charge.
i will have to ring the manufacturer as there is no way i can return it to the shop.i have the receipt and i need some advice on what to say when i ring the manufacturer.
i would really like a refund or replacement

    Is it faulty or have you fried the 110v charger with 220v ? Or is it a multi voltage charger?

    Depending on whether or not it has an international warranty, if not you have no rights.
