Hi, looking for some advice although i think i know what the answer is (ever the optimist!) I have a 3rd Generation iPad which I spent £470 on two years ago with JL. You may have more luck with JL if you explain to them that the fault first occurred when the unit was still in warranty.

Hearing things like this about Apple products does rather put me off them I must say.
