Did I drop the price too soon?

I would have said it was a little too soon to drop your price, at the end of the day its how quickly you want to move. My house has been on the market since april and I have had 6 viewings in that time. One offer fell through and feed back was that the garden was small and no utlity room. Not one person said was the price was too high.0

too small/ rooms not big enough often means the house isn't big enough for the money. No doubt there was a rough idea of sizes on the details, so the buyers will have an idea of what to expect. I think if you feel the house is overpriced then it probably is. What have other houses in the area sold for?
Other houses in the area sell from anywhere between 140k to 300k on the same road - its a mishmash of house types really on the road.
I got 3 valuations from estate agents they ranged from 195k to 215k but it is a slow market in my area at the moment (or thats what the EA are telling me)Never let your sucesses go to your head and never let your failures go to your heart.:beer:0
