Sold Wrong Course By Computeach

I was sold an IT Support course by Computeach for £995.00 for 6 months . I was told everything would be done online. when I was two weeks into the course they advised me that I had to go to a centre and sit the exam not as I was sold sitting the exam at home. They supplied me within a voucher numbers. When I applied to sit the exam I was told the voucher did not work after many attempts to contact Computeach they came back said voucher did not work in Northern Ireland and I would have to pay for same and they would reimburse me. They knew where I lived from the beginning and I feel I should have been told that I would have to provide more money which I do not have. Also if I fail the exam I will have to pay more money. please advise.

In most places if you fail and have to resit you have to pay, thats quite normal.
I am not quite sure what you mean when you say 'pay for same and they will reimburse you' Will you need to travel far to sit your exam? If you can prove you were told this was all online only you could ask for reimbursement of the travel costs to get you to your exam0
