How many Times to go to Ingeus?

I was told on the phone it was occasionally, but how many times roughly is it a year?

Igneus does many things. Are you on ESA or JSA?
In general, the answer may be 'as many as they require you to'.
This can for some people be attending 'full time'.

I was told they can't force me into work.

I was under the assumption it was a few times a year like my friend who goes to the Jobcentre, because it is not fair otherwise if they only go to the jobcentre every few months and i go to ingeus full time tbh..

it is different for everyone.
you are now on the work programme and it lasts for 2 years.
they cant make you apply for hobs but can ask you to take courses, attend advisor interviews, take part in voluntary work placements.
these are mandatory unless you have proof that any of these activities will be detrimental to your health.
alternatively, they may see you once or twice and then leave you alone

It is, to a huge amount, down to the discretion of your advisor.

More and more people, on ESA, seem to be getting sent on these courses.

Obviously, anyone in Support Group doesn't have to attend anything.
