  • Morning everyone,

    I am still awaiting the dreaded quote for the car repairs. However the sun is shining and I'm happy. Although, I would be rather be at home then having to go to work all day.

    Today's MS antics:

    * go to job 1- 4 hours overtime
    * go to job 2- its sport's day
    * all snacks/ meals from stores
    * get started with job apps - case of copying and pasting stuff :T
    * it was payday today from job 1 so need to move money to savings- slightly confused over amount I have been paid, thought OT would be in there.
    * Swagbucking
    * surveys
    * washing towels and bathroom rugs today when I get home
    * look in charity shops
    * look at YS tonight at job 1
    * stay positive. :D

  • Morning everyone,

    It has been a busy weekend, I was working both Saturday and Sunday. Hoping there will be more overtime available but I highly doubt it.

    So today's list:

    * Checked banking
    * Go to job 1
    * Go to job 2
    * Use monthly bus pass
    * Swagbucking
    * Surveys
    * Send off job application and finish off 2nd application
    * Job search
    * Look at increasing income

    Hope everyone has a good day.

  • Its been a very long time since I posted. Its been very busy and expensive. The biggest news is that I bought DH an XB 1. This is a big purchase and will dent my savings a bit.

    We finally got the quote for the car repairs and it came to £2000 plus. There is no way we will be paying that. We will taking the car to a body shop in a bid to save money.

    I have been doing OT as well. DH and I have not been taking our credit cards with us to stop unnecessary spending. We have had 2 NSD's so far. Today I have to buy a few things but this will be under £5.

    The weather is nice today, its just a shame I'm working all day :(.
    But YAY for holiday next week :j
