I want to move out of area due to no work but I also want to go back to college

I currently live 25 minutes walk from a college where I have a almost guaranteed place on a basic NC computer course(I have been building pcs for years and been IT support for friends and family for over 10 years) but have no deep skills apart from great general knowledge.

Anyway due to landlord issues and high rent I am wanting to move, found somewhere that is £100 less than I am paying now but then means a 90 minute commute to the college I have this place at(there is another college 30 minutes from the place part of the same chain but doesn't do my course) so I do not think I can handle the commute.

Oh did write a long post but want to cut it down, basically no work here, only expensive shops bar a few cheap fish and chip shops there is nothing keeping me here, there is a chance I can move to city for about £50-£70 less than I am paying now however the deposit is a months rent and I need to hire a moving van so will be expensive

Trying to think of the best situation
