Parking Eye obtaining my details.

I did briefly mention this in my other DVLA/ECP Rant, now I have been sent the information requested and can confirm that ECP did pay for my details on 2 consecutive days.
On the same sheet, it shows that ParkingEye requested my information on xx/09/13 for a date of incident of xx/09/13.
Now, I have been a good boy and haven't had any invites to contribute to ParkingEye's christmas fund, nor have I ever. (May have been an ANPR double dip error that was picked up and corrected before the chorley towers toilet paper free sample was sent out to me)
So my question, is it worth me asking PE why my details were requested and a copy of all information they hold regarding this enquiry? Surely requesting keeper details without reasonable cause is a breach of the DPA?
Any Thoughts?

Chances are that 2 years down the line they will pretend that they sent you everything and you have a claim form in the post. Unless they are liquidated firstWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
