How many Retweets before winning?

Hi Guys just wondering how many retweet on Twitter you have done before winning a prize.

Not sure if I have been doing it right, my son showed me how, I have been following and just pressing retweet button is that right?

Thats exactly what I do so I think you're doing it right!

In my opinion Twitter isn't a brilliant way to win because of limits on retweets and the risk of getting your account temporarily suspended but having said that, I do still use it although mostly to complete rafflecopters. I've sent 1,029 tweets and had no wins from it so far but I know of people who do very well from Twitter so I don't think there is a set number of tweets to do before expecting a win - just take it as it comes and enjoy entering them, one of the benefits of twitter is that it is very quick and easy to enter :) Good luck!
  • Thanks for your reply good luck with your comping.x

I win a twitter retweet once in a blue moon, I won a hamper there recently and oddments here and there, they are so easy to do but for that reason they have a lot of entries, these days you can even see how many retweets they've had on your 'me' page, I saw a shampoo with thousands recently.

They are worth doing but not worth giving another thought to unless you win.

RT wins = 1 in about 27,000 tweets
I have won a few twitter comps though; usually where it requires you do comment/prediction eg footy results/answer rather than RT

  • Thanks for your answers I will still do some inbetween the other comps as they are easy to do, but concentrate on other things, thanks for your help.
