Most Council PCNs can be appealed successfully in the end if you know what to say. Did you get help on pepipoo forum or did you go it alone?
What was the contravention and what was your winning point?

Thanks coupon mad, I went it alone:cool:
It was contravention 62 parking with 2 wheels on the footpath. The rest of the road is allowed but there is a section that isn't. This section also has zig zag school lines & the prominent sign was the school lines times ie 2.30 - 4pm. The signage stating you couldn't park on the kerb was under the school sign. Also the ticket was issued @ 4.37pm in December so it was very dark. Appealed to croydon twice & they were having none of it:mad::mad:.
I was in 2 minds about whether to go to PATAS believing they must all be in it together:eek: but the adjudicator(god luv him) agreed with me!!:T:T
Hopefully I won't have to be in this position again, but I definitely won't be so quick to just pay PCN's in future:p:p I will definitely get help from pepipoo next time
