Is it possible to transfer my loan across to a credit card with 0% on balance transfers or does it only apply to other cards?

Some cards allow you to transfer funds to your bank account for a fee (normally percentage, 4% seems typical), you could then transfer those funds to pay off your loan.

Depending on the TOS of the card which you are transferring the balance to and the TOS of the card you are transferring the balance from you might be able to do it simply by paying off one card with the other. But you need to check the TOS and fees table very carefully.

Aqua for example used to treat payments to other credit cards as a cash advance but unless they have changed their TOS again now treats such payments as a purchase. That means you escape a balance transfer fee.

But Aqua itself doesn't allow payment by credit card. That's why you have to check the TOS of both cards very carefully.
