Blooming heck, the renewal for the spaniel has bumped upto £34 mth
I took the collie away from axa when they doubled it but at 11 he had no pre existing conditions
The yr old spaniel has already had an ear stitched and a wart removed from his nose

Does he have any other conditions? You could look at moving him away from AXA, but worth looking at whether there's likely to be exclusions made on any new policies.
My Rottie x's jumped from £26 to £40 a month, but for me it's still worth staying put. We claimed around £1200 last year, if not a bit more, so if I consider myself £890 "up" from what I paid in vs what I was paid out, that more than covers the increase for the year (or several years!). On top of that, I will claim a minimum of £200+ in medication as her condition is for life, and if she requires any changes to her dose, that'll be at least 3 blood tests at £80 each. So that'd be me pretty much breaking even..makes sense for me to stay put, rather than move and have all that excluded elsewhere.0 -
We'll the ear stitch can't be classed as prexisting surely, the wart thing they may say no other lumps of any description??0
