Need advice on removing black gloss paint from polyester net curtains

I just noticed that there is black gloss paint smudged on some net curtains. I have tried using bleach and also separately using white spirit but the marks are not budging. I would really like to save these curtains if at all possible. Does anyone know how I can definitely remove the paint?
