Marriott Rewards (HBoS) Foreign Exchange fee rise

Good afternoon.

I have just received my Marriott Rewards credit card (issued by Halifax Bank of Scotland) statement and noticed some small print informing me that the foreign exchange fee is being increased from 2.75% to 2.95%. I don't know if this will affect all cards administered by HBoS but just a heads-up anyway.

I don't use it for overseas transactions anyway as I have a Nationwide card.

Yes I have 2 Halifax cards, the same message is on both statements.

One of them has a cash advance fee, that's also increasing from 2.5% to 3% (min. £3).
