Shoezone poor quality slippers

Hi There,

Is there anyway to return the used item after two weeks.

I bought the above item, it was looking good but after started using the stitching is coming out and tore from the sides and the middle of the slippers.

Will they accept if i return back?

    Yes they will. They have a 90 day refund or replace policy

    I couldnt find that policy in their t and c, but it shouldt matter, they werent fit for purpose after being faulty so soon

    It was on the front page of their website when I looked a few weeks ago. I only looked because I needed their phone number
