I am trying to claim back my PPi that was mis-sold to me. I have just had a questionnaire from black horse to complete. My policy was with consolidated life. Has anyone had dealing with either of these two companies, should I watch out for anything.

Tell the truth. Lies can work against you if they can prove otherwise (balance of probability decisions tend to go with the most credible side). Apart from that, state your complaint clearly and dont waste too much effort of unprovable reasons but focus on the stronger reasons.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). I am claiming back the ppi I paid because I was self employed (the sales man new this) the policy with consolidated life did not cover self employed people. Has anyone else made a claim against this company?0
