Now this isnt new but this really shows how useless ranger services are.
Lots of customers from CP - Plus / Highview and you get an email back accepting a customers appeal and they go and write a completely different companies name at the bottom of the email.
Ok the are lots of companies back office functions run by Ranger Services but its unbelievable.
But then They do have 3000 Appeals in their inbox at the moment!!!
