Seriously, I was there at 4 and they weren't! I had to phone them to ask where the delivery person was! 15 minutes later, they arrived:mad::mad::mad:

I phoned HO and said that they were for my DD and wouldn't be seeing her till next week. Was told, no problem, if she didn't want them return them to store. No name/details given. I wasn't sure if they compared the ordered product on the apg as don't do cc very much.

...the reason I'm not allowed dtd is because I only purchased 3 items on the receipt and should have therefore pointed out the discrepency when putting my card in the machine...new one on me but if thats the line they want to take....

Did you speak to head office customer service? There is nothing on the signs up in store to say this.
