Ooh, not bad at all thanks. I've used Allen Carr's method (the self-help guy, not the comedian) and not used any nicotine at all, and it's been easier than a few weeks ago when I was cutting down with nicotine replacement! I've just got to remember that there's no such thing as one fag!

I've passed the book onto dh, but I think he's going to read it slowly

Well that was very pleasant. Just ordered 40 cards from whistle fish for £15 .
37.5p each. Not just the price but the fact that you have them in the house and you're not dashing around at the last minute when you have forgotten someone's birthday.

I have been really positive and haven't ordered any "sympathy cards" :rotfl::rotfl:
