How did you get them at that?

The sweets are 60p each but currently on offer at 3 for £1.20. So you sould get 60p discount for each 3 you buy but the till is taking off double discount ie £1.20. Therefore cost of 3 packs of sweets/choc is 60p.

This was only working in Express stores and I think I saw one person report it worked for them in Extra so I tested with 3 packs/bars in mine and it worked. I then went and bought more once I knew it was working.

I went to 2 shops for loo roll one in the town i was in and 1 in home town, none in either, no space or anything:(

I have not long been back long from a walk to our co-op and not a nouvelle in sight. :(

Not sure how I thought I was going to walk back with them if I found any. :rotfl: Wouldn't have been just the one pack. ;)

I have to go past a bigger one later so may stop off to try but still not feeling 100%. Been finishing reorganising my bathroom stash and I am all hot and bothered feels like I have run a marathon. :o

I tried in my extra earlier today and it didn't work for me.

Do you know I think I have gone off munchies. :o They just don't taste the same and is it me have they got smaller.

Funny you should say that ... Yesterday somebody at work got some, I had one. Usually anything that someone else is troffin taste fab. But they were horrid, tasted kinda earthy and I was a bit gutted. They were always a favourite. I'll stick to minstrels now, yum yum.

I think I've gone off chocolate in general, and it's definitely something to do with the changing taste of it these days. I thought Cadburys choccie fingers and animal biscuits tasted vile when I had some at Christmas!

Maybe my taste buds are maturing or something, but I'd rather have crisps, given the choice. It's nice to have a bag of goodies though, and we'll take some for 'emergencies' when we go on holiday, and I stocked up on polos which were cheaper than buying them in the multipack like I normally do. I've just got to hide them from DH now, his taste buds have definitely not matured :rotfl:

I eat very little chocolate. I have a secret galaxy stash hidden for when I do get the urge :D

I just got my Ts delivery. The driver was quite bemused that I'd only bought coke and tissues :D No 10 packs of coke, so they were subbed with 12 packs :j:j So I have 120 cans instead of 100. Only 1 discount on the tissues, as I expected but still a good price after the discount and CB.

    Cat news.....

Good news....the vet couldn't find any signs of major illness or injury. He said she may have a virus or infection? (that means he doesn't know :D) He did say her eyes looked a bit inflamed.

Bad news....that piece of info, some anti-biotics and some eye drops £52  :(

If she doesn't pick up and start eating in the next few days, Ive to take her back for tests. She's not at all happy at having being bundled into the pet carrier either. So I'm not her favourite person at the moment! Ungrateful! :D:rotfl:

I hope the antibiotics do the trick FC and she perks up. xx
