    Afternoon all!

I've just purchased a tub of Lake District quark using the half price offer and the T magazine coupon as I figured it was worth a try for 37p. However, I've never seen it before, let alone used it, so I'm hoping someone here has some recommendations. I noticed MIL had some recipes using it in her SW book, but does that means it's going to be a fat-free and taste-free cheese substitute?

Sorry never tried quark so cant help.
