Was planning on going back to bed this morning but I've just had a phone call and I've now got an appt at 11 am. So I've got my list planning head on instead, going to do a T's shop I think and use up a couple of conditional spends.

I sneakily went on the Wii fat last night (not ment to weigh myself until Thursday I tell DH off for checking early! ) and results so far are looking positive :j
I've had no choccy since Thursday and I'm still really motivated so hopefully I'll finally hit my target :j
I've only had a few cravings and I did scoff half a tub of ice cream on Saturday and a few biscuits yesterday but that's good compared to how I normally nibble
I can do this! I know I can :j
