Well hopefully you can look at your over thinking with the milk thing as a temporary blip and get back to being happy savvy.

I do understand, you know. As much as it's possible for a 'normal' person to, how certain things can become bigger than they really are. If they're big to you, though....it matters. It's good that you've been able to talk about it and get a few opinions and a bit of support. (from the resident experts  :D:rotfl:) You did the right thing talking about it.

This will tickle you. DS2 has a new 'special interest'.......game shows. In particular old game shows. There's a sky channel that shows them. Come on down, keep out if the black and in the red, nothing in this came for 2 in a bed, you have won a blankety blank chequebook and pen, cuddly toy cuddly toy, look what you could've won, can I have a p please bob........I could go on :o:rotfl::rotfl:

No - over-thinking is a constant feature of my way of being (can be good sometimes, as get a deeper/more fulfilling understanding etc.:), but sometimes not...).

I still have one doubt though. zagubov talks about it being in baby milk but that's not obvious: the websites are referring to all (cow's?) milk.

On the one hand, there's a lot that seem far-fetched, going way beyond reasonableness in their arguments against, but on the other, we have sites saying there is *no* pus in milk but they are by diary farmers. Why would the industry, or people in it, feel they have to deny there is any, if it wasn't harmful? I can't see any impartial source - they are all either vegan or industry and no authoritative source in between. zag - are you a dairy farmer?

You have to have trust in the pretty strict legislation in place in our country. We are lucky, it's tighter than in a lot of countries. I know nothing about milk :o but I do know about all sorts of legislation. That means Im aware it gets flouted but I'm also aware that for the most part, it protects us.

lol @ zag being a dairy farmer :D:rotfl::rotfl:

I don't sell milk but I get it delivered three times a week from a dairy. It's pasteurised, or I wouldn't trust it. By the way that means any immune cells are dead, inert and inactive.

Do I worry about any immune cells being present? Not at all. I know they're there, but they're dead (like everything is in the long run) so I'll postpone my own death by eating them.

It's a bit like WC Fields who said he wouldn't drink water because he knew that fish f*** in it.
