I've just had an email through from Green Redeem. Apparently they're starting print at home.

    Hi there:).

It looks like I've got to catch up, again. Popped into A on my way back (I was organised enough this time:D:cool:) and managed to get a womble - then frowned when I saw the mbuy they'd bought with otherwise okay items:(, the 4 for £5 - but they have bought some Cheerios as well - sadly aren't they back on the comps. now?!? and, as well as buying two packs and just wasting any APG even if it did glitch, as no APG on either of them, probably put the worst items they could with it. I don't like those Coco Pops being £2.00 individual price - albeit very expensive, it's even more expensive at most other places - come on, A, with the 'offer' of 4 for £5:eek: surely could put up the individual prices a lot and encourage people to buy them?()

So back from M and yes the Montelciego Rioja Joven 75cl is at £3.99. But - I'd been removing/ignoring wines ever since discovering it costs supermarkets about £1 to make a bottle of wine. Not wanting to give them any more than that:rotfl:! But... M's Pinot Grigio, Merlot and Cabernet 75cl at £3.99 (maybe the Pinot is £3.79?).

    But, this:

    Asda................................................................................Morrisons

    Packets & Cereals
    2xBrown & Polson Cornflour (500g)£3.00 4xMorrisons Cornflour (250g)£3.00
    2xWhitworths Semolina (500g)£2.00 2xIsland Sun Coarse Semolina (500g)£1.38

    Tins, Jars & Cooking
    1xKTC Kesar Mango Pulp (850g) *unavailableN/A 1xKTC Kesar Mango Pulp (850g)£1.00
    1xColman's Hot Dog Squeezy Mustard (265g)£1.00 1xUnavailableN/A
1xASDA Chosen by You Creamy Chipotle Sauce for Subs (290g)£1.00 1xMorrisons Tomato & Chilli Relish (300g)£1.15

    Frozen
    1xASDA
    (400g)£1.00 1xMorrisons Savers Beef Curry & Rice (400g)50p
    1xASDA
    (400g)£1.00 1xMorrisons Savers Chicken Curry & Rice (400g)50p
    1xASDA
    (350g)£1.00 1xMorrisons Savers Tuna Pasta Bake (400g)50p
    1xASDA
(400g)£1.00 1xMorrisons Savers Chicken Chow Mein Noodles (400g)50p

    Which means (bloomin' msm:(:():
Island Sun Corn Flour (500g) at 2 for £1.00 in M (not showing on msm). Maybe Tvs M if T really have it but not showing on msm?
Island Sun Semolina (500g) 2 for £1.00 in M. Nowadays says Natco Semolina 500g on T side of msm but does that mean Natco or does it mean Island Sun and with msm incorrect?!? That now needing further check!:(:(

KTC Mango Pulp 850g is Avs M (even though OOS in my A).

    Morrisons
Hot Dog Relish (305g) 40p in M. Can't find on msm only the Colman's in A:(.

Morrisons Chipotle Creamy Subsauce 285g at 55p in M. Msm.co.uk no use again, as that should mean A's CBY Creamy Chipotle version should compare vs M (with weight adjustment).

The others I've censored as they are not comparable range from A. I found the Savers frozen meals in M on 50p:j RTC. This is where it got "interesting" in store as me having to remember the entire range. (Note that the Savers Minced Beef & Onion Pies are *not* included in this offer.) These frozen ready meal Savers product were ones I originally kept ignoring, not just because £1 seemed too much but because they didn't seem obviously comparable to me. Eventually, on one week that was months into price collecting, possibly even years, I did a 'special project' that captured what the range was, but I think it came to nought. These don't I think compare from elsewhere.

But they seem now to be a fairly decent 'buy in M'.

    Now:
M Savers Toad in the Hole (300g) 50p *Not* on msm.
M Savers Beef in Gravy (210g) 50p *Not* on msm:p.

So don't do getting Toad in the Hole at £1.00 from elsewhere just because msm seems to suggest it's the best value you can get:(:(.

I didn't think there would be much coming from price checking today. :lol:It was the price collectors following each other in the store today. I saw a man with a scanner, seemed to be scanning some items - though he didn't scan everything - and kept being in the aisle behind me instore, and then he overtook me:eek:, even as I visited the pets aisle and even though I was buying nothing. I thought I wouldn't come back with much info. if I went today - to be fair, there's not that much that has changed, but a few more to tell you than I thought there would be!!

I'll try and see if there's more I can remember... there are some RTCs to mention soon as and when I recall, give me a mo....
