This is interesting, not had the email myself.

I quite liked the way it was - quite often you had £20 worth but only a couple of branded things which you knew would produce a BM as it compared to Sada.

I suppose they are now thinking that of a basket of 10 items - 6 will be cheaper in sada but 4 will be on offer in sainsbobs and so irresistible they will cancel out the BM

I wonder if this will be any 10 items or will it be 10 branded items - very easy to miscount. And in reality you need to get 12 to be on the safe side.

In April I had a major trouting in sainsbobs since which I've had no till spits - I used to get a £2 wys £20 each week. So I have only done one item shops in there for weeks- literally as my sainsburys credit card bill this month is only a tenner - usually between £120 and £160 - that included petrol spends, no petrol bought from there now for months.

They sent me some conditional spends in the post for three weeks - £20 spends, not sure about using them though.

I have the email - they are "making it easier":(:(. Always makes me frown when I see that and it usually means the opposite - although I don't think anywhere is going to tell me they're making something more difficult is it?!?:rotfl: Not sure whether this is 'easier' or not. (For some people is spending 20 quid easier than counting to 10?:rotfl:) I suspect this is going to encourage me to buy more from them than I really should:o:( - I've been refusing to buy £20 shops as cond.spends of just £3 are being given (only going for them if £4 or more - and the more you use the £3, the more they'll stay at that amount, which still leave me paying £7:eek: to them under the current £20 spend - in fact it still leaves me paying them £17 and committing another £10 to them in the form of the next shop).

Now, it'll tempt me - if I'm just getting my bag of spuds (if goes to times when no glitches at A and no better offers elsewhere), now I might add a branded item or two that I want cheaper, then another item and another:(:(.

In a way, from pure Nectar collection (of a few pence per shop:rotfl:) it's always 'best' to get the full BM back, as otherwise you don't double-count as many Nectar points. But that's just silly and encouraging more spending. To get the £10 back though, in effect it's going still to be a £20 spend as half prices elsewhere as a reasonable and likely scenario.

I can see one (potential) benefit though - as it looks like the trigger for the BM is no longer going to be the number of base Nectar points collected on the shopping (in order to trigger, without Nectar reward spends that don't count, the £20), it's going to be 10 items. Presumably therefore you'll now be able to spend a £2.50 Nectar reward and, if you manage 10 items within it, possibly get a £1 or so BM back.

The multibuy is 3 for £4 for the crisps, the quavers are showing red for asda but the monster munch are not.We buy this combination all the time and the flamin hots never show red.

Thanks for clarifying. That's really weird that it picks up the multibuy price but doesn 't mark it red

I think M might have 1/3rd off the flash gels making them £2.48 reduced to. £1.66 each. Instore collectors might have picked one up at full price and miskeyed the lemon as £1.36 (maybe)

:j:j:j Thanks for this, seems to make my own shopping somewhat safer. Although watch it fail due to prices updating...

Someone said these weren't available for C&C yesterday as they weren't showing online but said they were showing now. Whilst not wanting to make this unavailable to those of us who use C&C, I rather they stayed off and didn't risk turning into Jazz apples. I prefer them to be Bannnnnnn-nanas:D:rotfl::rotfl:.

Thanks to the OP on the Flash gels. Excellent value if you can find them at the £2.48 pricing.

Same here:( - they said £1.50 on all of them and only the Lemon 2 for £2 on my store's shelf. I thought they might compare from £1.50 and therefore didn't try them, and this type of shelving prevented any £2 GC.
fingers crossed that the bannapples continue for a long time savvy :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Feeling alot better, 3 hours on the table, been 'touched', stretched, cricked, rinsed & cleansed :j

Had a very good talk as she was my sister's friend but as my sister has been vile to her due to her 'illness' she has had to step away as she can't bear being accused of anything else :(

The things my sister has been doing are horrid to hear :(

So she understood my stressy back as my sister has cut me off since I tried to get her to the Drs before I went on holiday

I just need to accept I haven't done anything wrong :)

So I recommend Touch Therapy - I'm still a bit tender but everything has eased & is more fluid now :)

Been invited to the new Wetherspoons tonight for a free meal & 2 drinks - for training purposes for the staff :D

Glad your back feels better. Enjoy your meal

Just going to see what I can make out of the stuff I removed from freezer to get the 8 chickens in I got whoopsied in Sada, 2 x 45p Extra Tasty, 3 x 65p Sage and Onion, 3 x 65p Garlic And Herb = £4.80.
Oh and a £2.00 gift card because SA put too many on receipt, charged me for 8 x 45p and 6 x 65p:rotfl:So 8 chickens for £2.80 :j
All filleted into breasts and boneless thighs yesterday, so I could freeze them :D.

I know this doesn't get me on the M&S Big Chicken List, so perhaps we could have a Cheap Cheap Chicken List as well :)

Sadly - not wanting this to end and not willing it to - but I feel this is coming to an end quite soon. I'm not liking Jazz apples on a.com with a picture of a pack of Jazz apples and correct pricing including mbuy:(. Not boding well judging by that - hoping it doesn't update into msm soon.
