    Morning all.

So sorry to hear your sad news VT :(

Pleased the boots arrived at last tweets. Hopefully weather will be good for a while now and you won't need them just yet.

    Good morning all.

The sun is out here, and so is my washing.

Off to do a dry run for a trip I have to do on Tuesday, train trip and a walk the other end, feel so much more confident if I have done it before. Both train trips courtesy of RSH anyway :D

Morning always thought inspiring posts. If you are near Aviemore I am there in July if you fancy a coffee. but know you don't socialize too much

That is kind of you to offer….

I’ll be honest - I ‘ve just gone away and had a mini panic attack, just reading it sent my heart rate through the roof - quicker and faster than any exercise would! All the fears I have flood my mind, then eventually I remember what I learnt from the psychologist and think about it rationally but sometimes I feel stupid because I can’t do something simple.

There are people I have 'talked' to on here for years and although I would like to meet them I’m not sure I can. Took me ages and ages before I met motherbear and even then I think it was sprung on me by my bro!
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

That's ok Did not mean to alarm you but was more of a heads up. I don't know that many of us will be up your way often. If you change your mind you can always pm me. Take care

We are going back to Coylumbridge Cottage Its beautiful, and you can see it online. It is owned by a friend/ex employer who lets it out when they are in sunnier climates
