Hi,
We pre-ordered some rattan furniture from this site in January on the basis that it would be available and delivered to us in May. I chased this week as we had not heard anything.
Then I received an e-mail and letter advising that they had experienced "supply chain issues" so weren't able to deliver the furniture after all.
The letter was friendly and offered a full refund which we have received. However, they have had our money for 4-5 months and I have missed other potentially good offers in the meantime. I certainly don't have the rattan furniture I wanted for the summer.
Anyone else had any issues with this site? Just wonder if this is a regular approach (pay now, delivery later) to generate cash flow?

Copy of my review on the company rattan furniture uk or Zebrano or several other trading names!
Having ordered, paid and then hearing nothing I did phone and was told the next shipment would be due in May. We are now 3 weeks into May and still no sign of any furniture, phone call or email to say what is happening.
I have emailed again today and phoned but with no success. i made the mistake of paying by debit card so I am hoping that they will refund my £699 pound but I am looking at asking my bank to do a chargeback for this as I am fed up with being kept in the dark.
Update 2/6/14
I did get a reply to say that my money would be refunded within 3-5 working days but 8 working days later I am still waiting for my money back - how I wish I had used my credit card and not debit card. Phoned again this morning and yet again got their overflow service.
The latest delivery update on webite gives the middle of July.
I can see this company folding soon so I advise all to NOT order with them except with a credit card - thats if you want to take the risk. They do sell under several different trading names so double check before you order elsewhere
Update 22/6/14
Managed to get money refunded but it took a what was described by a staff member as a scathing review on Trust Pilot. It might have been scathing but it was honest. Sadly review no longer there as they have had it removed as I didnt buy anything. Trust Pilot - thats a whole new thread!
Got a very nice set with fast delivery from Asda.0
