HELP! Popla email with loads of attachments

Options
Help. I am panicking because I have just received an email with a load of attachments from POPLA. What do i do now? It says i now owe £100!

From POPLA Team - Vehicle Control Services Ltd popla@vehiclecontrol.co.ukhide details
To operator.evidence operator.evidence@popla.org.uk

And this came with loads of photos of signs at Lpool airport etc!
Does it mean I have lost the appeal to POPLA and now have to pay £100?

That email isn't from popla, it's to popla and you've presumably been included in their evidence. They will say you owe them £100 because that's what they are trying to make you believe.

its just the VCS evidence pack in their defence to popla which you have the right to see, they saw yours , you see theirs, if there is anything extra you need to add having studied their pack, email popla with it

in some cases the ppc dont send in an evidence pack, but they have the right to do so, which in this case they have now done so, nothing wrong about that , even if their evidence is flawed or incorrect , its still their version of events and only to be expected seeing as you have sent in yours

Is this normal? It seems very official with large photos of signs etc, saying the by laws are out of date as they only were for the old Lpool airport?

Ask them to provide copy of the 'new' byelaws, bet they can't.

It was rhetorical more than specific advice for you to follow. You can if you want, to try to make them squirm, but they're probably too thick-skinned. They will likely do what they complain motorists do - ignore!

So do I need to send further submissions in? Or wait to get the outcome of the POPLA appeal?
