I'm not sure where the water tank is - or if there's insulation within the loft. The tiles were replaced about 8 months ago, so there's a chance they did the insulation then, but not sure...0

There doesn't need to be a cold water tank ( if it has a Combi boiler or some other form of pressurised HW system).0 -

The odd side of the street was probably built first (before the census) and the even side later (after).A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

Anyway, after talking to the agent it seems as though we are in a race against someone else - he's sold the house twice. Decisions, Decisions!
Where did you find this?0 -
It shoudlnt be an issue, I run a company installing free insulation amongst other things and about 30% of the Victorian style terraces the guys go to don't have loft access. It's not a big job to open one up and if you want to check the loft try the neighbours and see if they have loft access so you can check as these houses tend to be open all the way along the terrace unless someone has blocked it off."talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish" - Euripides0
