I want to change my factor, my current one does not do a good job. Can anyone recommend one? Thanks!

I'm not sure I've ever met anyone who is happy with their factor. Sorry can't recommend mine, wouldn't change them though as we have worked with them to improve some aspects (e.g. shopping around for better deals on insurance/services). The issues we're not happy with are complex, perhaps they would do better with other buildings.0 -
My building uses J B & G Forsyth. We've been with them 8 years, since we sacked the previous totally incompetent ones. They've done a decent job thus far.0
