Hi
In the IAS appeal form ask if you are the driver or Keeper? and also limit the option to appeal as a keeper, so do I need to reveal the driver name & is there any tricks of in this form.

No you don't need to, use the appeal wording in coupon mads sticky thread. And have a look at this from parking prankster posted today .
