Hi, I received an email yesyerday 25/06/2014 offering a discount code worth 10% to re-order. Today 26/06/2014 I enered my repeat order on the website but the system rejected both of my credit cards with the message.
"World Pay Payment Gateway Failure". I then tried to contact them but no reply on either of their phone no,s. I have sent them an email but not holding my breath for a reply. Have they gone to the wall ?0 -
Similar story here. I ordered contacts on the 23rd June. Shows as "processing". Can't get through on the phone. I actually feel pretty bad for them rather than angry - they've been great for the last 2-3 years for me and they seem to have been clobbered by a scam. I'll give it a few days and then try to progress via my bank. Paid with a debit card though so not sure what that provides compared to a credit card. I guess there is still some coverage with distance selling regulations etc?0

I wish I had read this article before ordering 12 months supply of lenses with drops and few other item.
Its been over a week, I am still waiting for an update on my order.
