Does anyone know if they have gone into administration? I ordered lenses last week, spoke to them yesterday, and they said there had been a delay due to technical problems. Today, there website is down, there is no one in their customer service, and their email address no longer works.

  • Have a search for them on Facebook - their FB page says they should be up and running today. Lots of people on FB don't seem to believe them!

    It's interesting to note that the company, whilst too busy to repair their website, answer the phone or despatch goods are still able to find the time to report reviews to trustpilot for removal.

    They've left me in the lurch, too. I did, out of desperation, try contactforlenses.com and actually saved a couple of pounds, so I'd recommend them if you're in a hurry for your next set.

    Anyone heard anything more recent than this? Or received any lenses recently? I ordered some lenses this week and in the past, they've been despatched on the same day but not heard anything for a few days.

    Has nobody heard anything? Weird....wouldn't let me pay by card either at the time. But I used feelgoodcontacts.com..
  • I could not even log into my account at feelgoodcontacts. All my rewards points !!!! is gone. Worried what they have done with my card details. For me feelgood is feelbad now. Move on guys.... They are just playing around and fooling the customers.

    Unfortunately I did not see this thread until after I placed my latest order with them (having used them for the last 2-3 years of my supply).
    Placed on 10th through PayPal, can't get hold of them on their phone number or a response via email.
    Just opened a PayPal dispute and it stated "Your seller is currently unable to respond to this dispute" and to escalate to a claim immediately. Does this suggest that FeelGoodContacts have had their PayPal account (and possibly other monies frozen?

    Either way, I have ordered from GetLenses.co.uk and their service was excellent. Next day delivery, cheaper than most (apart from Tesco where it seems you have to wait an age for delivery).

    EDIT: Within minutes of opening a Paypal claim, I get an email saying order has been processed.

    Hi, I ordered on the 16th June,
    They took payment
    status says "processing"
    sent them an email and also tried calling them
    Any one else had any joy?
