Do you mean like a screen protector?

If it for something like a phone of tablet then you can get these off ebay for like 99p.

Just search on ebay e.g. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Screen Protector.

  • Usually when I try to find really obscure items, I try Alibaba. You have to buy in quantity but hopefully will meet your needs :)

Screen protectors seem thicker that what I have in mind. The thing that I am thinking of is a very thin tacky film usually on screens or glossy plastic trim when first purchased.

Would thin kitchen clingfilm do whatever job you have in mind?

    Try Poundland etc.

You would probably have to buy it in industrial quantities!

If it's for something with a touch screen then I doubt it will work as it's for scratch protection in transit rather than protection during use.
