Quick PPI Question - Help needed...

Thanks to this amazing forum i've gone after some old mis sold PPI.
Lombard have asked me in writing "to confirm the resolution I require".
I plan on saying I want a refund of the payments, loss of interest and compensation - but just wanted to check in with you experts first.

The resolution is suaully to put you back in the position you would have been if you hadn't had the PPI, which is a refund of premiums and associted interest, along with 8% simple interest.
I asume you have no defaults or arrears or used it to claim on, otherwise that will afect your redress...Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -

There is no "compensation", though there is 8% simple interest on the refund.0
