Replace or Repair?

Hello all
I purchased a new buggy 3 weeks ago. I have noticed a fault with it. Also a part on the buggy rattles so while that particular park does work, it shouldn't rattle and I'm worried it will develop into a fault. The shop wants to repair it but I feel a replacement is better given its age.
Does anyone know if I could push for a replacement?
Any tips appreciated.
