To those on a low income.......

This may get moved but hopefully will stay put because not everyone has heard of the Financial Ombudsman and will therefore not look for the link.
Im on a fairly low income so i tried the FO people.It was VERY easy and they were very helpful.No paperwork to fill out,no legal questionaires etc.
Start the ball rolling the normal way and near to your waiting of 8 weeks being up give FO a ring.You send them copies of all your stuff,they contact the bank and you just sit back and relax.Ok it may take an extra couple of weeks but its a lot less hassle.
We were going for 5k,we got 665 good will gesture and Friday was offered 3810 which isn't all that we were owed BUT but its close enough.:beer:
