Debit Card - Refund

On the third of May I attempted to purchase a concert ticket. Initially I tried to get a limited VIP ticket, however these sold out in seconds and I was unable to get one in time. I then went for the next category which was standing at the front of the stage (category 1). However, due to poor coding on the website I was unable to continue with my order as it would not allow me to remove the VIP ticket from my order.
I used another browser to purchase the ticket only to encounter yet more poor coding as the site did not work correctly in Firefox and it would not let me continue with my order.
I then tried another browser only to discover that the tickets for the front of the stage had supposedly sold out so I attempted to buy another ticket further back (category 2). This time it worked. However, some time after purchasing this ticket, the tickets for the front of the stage became available again, so I purchased one of these and later a VIP ticket when those were available again due to people not being able to complete their orders.
I have requested a refund from the company for the category 2 ticket as this was purchased due to a problem on their end. I know that it was not just me as there are many other people who have said that they were unable to complete the payment due to the poor coding on the website.
I have not requested a refund for the category 1 ticket as this was my fault.
However, the company have chosen to ignore me despite me using all methods to contact them and having contacted them via their website twice.
Would it be possible for me to request a chargeback for this category 2 ticket? In addition if I did so would I be at risk of the company voiding my VIP and category 1 tickets?
My debit card is with Halifax if that matters.
Thanks.

Yes. If it *gets* charged back is another matter.
In addition if I did so would I be at risk of the company voiding my VIP and category 1 tickets?
No.

It doesn't.
Thanks.
Apparently I have to write ten characters, even though I have answered the post adequately above. A forum flaw, one would think.0
