LG - customer service - problem

Hello

Let’s start from begging, after my first contact with LG customer service telling about my mobile failure (after software upgrade in my LG G2 touchscreen stop respond), it looks like it was a problem for customer service to approve my repair claim. Apparently there was missing Vat number on my proof of purchase, but all receipt was provided as ask in my first email.
My Claim takes 13 days and 11 emails to get approved for my repair claim.
Now after 10 days after I have send it to LG repair centre, I didn’t hear anything from LG yet. I’m really concerned what’s going on as customer I experienced really slow customer service.
I have written email 4 days ago asking for update about my mobile and didn’t even received any response. (LG website claim 24hours to respond to an email).

So in total 23 days no mobile or even a clue when get it back

Please for advice what to do.
Has anyone have an email to LG head office or complaint department
