Anyone used flooringsupplies.co.uk?

Hi,


Did a search on the forum and noticed that quite a few people have mentioned this company. There doesn't seem to be any horror stories that puts me off from ordering from them at the moment. However, I'm a little hesitant. Is it one of these companies that as long as goods are OK and in good condition, then they are fine to deal with. But, if anything needs returning or goods are damaged, then there could problems getting things resolved? There were 2 posts that I read concerning returning goods where things didn't go smoothly as you would expect from a reputable company.


Any other companies I could try looking at for laminate flooring?

I looked at flooringsupplies, and they have an extensive range of laminate flooring.

But in the end I went with Factory Direct Flooring as they were slightly cheaper with the QucikStep I was after.

Didnt have any problems with them, they ring you up after the order to arrange a delivery date and I didnt receive any bad packs. I would use them again.

Thanks for that, maas. There isn't any reviews of this company on Trustpilot but I'll take a look.

I just got a Quick Step brochure, is the product as good as it appears in there?

And which did you choose?

I looked at that company but in the end went with Wilkos. Goods were more expensive but with the free delivery it worked out the same. Also the option of free returns to store which we needed to do as we had over ordered. They sell many of the popular brands.
