What can Natwest do for me?

I received a phone call from Natwest 2 days ago asking if I had ever had a review of my accounts. The lady said that I have alot of accounts with them and I should see a member staff. I told her that I had never had a review and I didn't want to be sold anything. She said they wouldn't be selling a product but would like to see if they can improve the way I bank.
Mmmmmm......they have been monitoring me. In the last 6 months or so I have drastically changed and improved my finances and am always £100's in the black before payday....between £200-£300.
I piggy bank and have re-named the accounts. Can they see the name changes?
Anyway. Here are my accounts and what do you think Natwest will try and sell me or what could they improve on.
Current a/c - wages get paid into & direct debits
Current a/c - if I need to use my debit card I use from this account
ISA - Emergency Fund - bal £1000
e saver - Car Repairs/MOT Fund
e saver - daughter's Gymnastics Fund
e saver - Christmas Fund
e saver - Holiday Fund
e saver - Household Fund
e saver - son's Activity Fund
First Saver ITF - son's Savings
First Saver ITF - daughter's Savings
I have a £500 overdraft on the first current a/c. The last time I used it was about 8 months ago.
I have a £100 overdraft on the second current a/c for just incase.
I was charged £6 for the od facility some months back when charging was first introduced but have not been charged since.
There is alot of activity on my accounts because I mainly only spend cash so I'm always moving money around and making deposits because I also have cash envelope categories at home.

It's simply a sales pitch.
Someone once told me the worst place to get financial advice was from your bank.0 -
Thanks greenorange. I made an appointment with them but I will probably just cancel. I ain't spending no money with them! I just like the online banking and how it's set out.
Maybe my already good credit score upped abit more - I don't have any credit credit cards. A small mortgage with Santander and I'm overpaying on my loan alot recently which is with NRAM.
I recently closed a credit card account I had forgotten about and was last used about 4 years ago.Dave Ramsey Fan[/COLOR]0 -
Don't cancel - just don't turn up - eventually they will stop asking and this will not in any way change your credit rating with them - so if you want something from them in the future it will be there for you.0

I listen to all of his shows via podcast. Great motivation.Blackpool_Saver wrote: »All those different accounts would send me bonkers
It's not uncommon to see people on here with 20+ accounts scattered across different banks, so I'd say <10 accounts with the same bank would be much easier to manage.0 -
They'll probably try and sell you a premium account - £16 a month if I remember correctly from their last sales pitch to me. They also used to offer my a review and try to sell me a loan to repay my overdraft. Now that I'm seriously caning that debt down they seem to have backed off a bit."Does it spark joy?" - Marie Kondo
"Do not wait; the time will never be "just right." Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along." Napoleon Hill0 -
They'll probably be looking for lending. So that's 0% balance transfers from existing credit cards, consolidation loans
I don't know your situation but these do have the *potential* to save customers some money.0
