Shows how many people will enter shark-infested water in pursuit of 'a bargain'.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

We're still waiting to see the full contract to see if ParkingEye pay a bounty to the range to be allowed to issues charges, or whether they pay 15% of all charges, like Corporation Street Preston.
The Range have never flatly denied that they take any money from ParkingEye. They have always cleverly worded their statements to imply they make no money, without actually saying that.
That of course makes a person suspicious.Hi, we’ve approved your signature. It's awesome. Please email the forum team if you want more praise - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Worryingly, he's smart, and can turn anything into profit, and has clawed his way to the top. So what can he see in PE, 'cos he obviously likes them at his stores, and I doubt they've hooked him on their spiel!0

Like other retailers or service providers, if they can't come out say one way or the other about situations, then they are hiding something that they don't want the general public to know.
To be honest though, this guy may act like a Del Boy, but you've got to admire the fact that he made this money himself, unlike Del on TV this guy is a highly successful businessman and probably deserves the plaudits.
But is company uses parking eye and they should be criticised for doing so, he probably just lets his underlings do the work around the parking at his stores, and probably doesn't even know PE really exist.
Out of interest have you looked at how wealthy the guys who own Aldi and Lidl are? This guy is destitute in comparison lolWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
